    We'll coach you throughout the entire admissions process for each school in your package, from initial strategy through the school's final admissions decision. Here's how we do it:

    Phase:

    Discovery & Foundation


    We begin with a Comprehensive Questionnaire to dive deep into your profile, experiences, motivations, strengths, weaknesses, and, importantly, your short- and long-term career goals. When necessary, we also refine your school list and select the right recommenders.

    This period of introspection allows me to get to know you extremely well. I use everything we uncover to proactively provide personalized guidance for each component of your application, making the subsequent phases significantly faster and more efficient.

    Application Development

    Once we've gathered the insights from the Initial Phase, we start working on the core elements of your applications:

    Resume, Essays, and LoRs: Based on everything learned during the Initial Phase, I provide proactive, personalized guidance before you begin drafting each component. This means your first drafts already start in the right direction. We then work back and forth through feedback and revisions until each component is as strong as it can be.

    Online Application: This comes last. Once the core written components are in place, I thoroughly review the complete online application, including job descriptions, activities, short answers, and other information, before submission.

    Interviews & Scholarships

    Once you submit your application, our work doesn't stop.

    Interview Prep: Once you are invited to interview, I provide school-specific guidance and typical questions, and we can arrange a run-through focusing on any questions or areas you would particularly like to work on.

    Video Interviews: When required by your school, I provide specific guidance and access to our inhouse online practice tool. You can record practice responses and send them to me for feedback.

    Scholarship Essays: For school-offered scholarships requiring a separate application, I help you demonstrate your eligibility and strengthen your scholarship essays.
